DYWork (Do Your Work) was selected to be a vendor in one of DFW's largest urban fashion shows. But we weren't just selected to sell our products—we were also selected to show up as a designer.

The event was hosted by influencer and radio personality Lady Jade and brings in anywhere from 800 to 1,200 people annually. DYWork proudly represented that day, with media features from both Dallas Observer and D Magazine.
Why This Matters to Us
DYWork was the only non-traditional designer in the show.
We don't have a boutique or a clothing line in the traditional fashion sense. What we have is a message that happens to live on clothing.
A message about healing.
A message about boundaries.
A message about self-worth.
A message about doing the personal work required to grow.
We took the stage at Legacy West, a space used to celebrate Black culture, and transformed it into one that also included healing and personal work. That's what made this opportunity so special.
What walked down that runway wasn't just fashion. It was a reminder that healing deserves to be seen.
